Responsibilities

You’ll work directly with our industrial partners, supporting them to produce the best textile products, combining technical excellence and sustainability.

• Lead product development within your local production team.
• Accompany and support industrial partners toward technical excellence.
• Manage product cost, quality, and lead time to ensure competitiveness.
• Continuously improve the value chain of your process.

Key Hiring Needs

• Willing to frequently visit factories/sites for fieldwork.

Required Experience

• A fresh graduate or have less than 2 years of experience in Textile, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
• Passionate about manufacturing and on-the-field learning.

• Strong academic background: GPA ≥ 3.0, with achievements in field-related competitions.
• Confident in English communication (TOEIC 600 / IELTS 5.0 or above).
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and curious by nature.

• Work Location: PAX SKY Ung Van Khiem – 26 Ung Van Khiem Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, HCMC
• Working Time: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (May end at 4:00 PM on days with factory visits). At least 2 factory/site visits per week (Shuttle bus to HCMC, Dong Nai, Binh Duong)
• Monthly Income (Gross): 20 - 30mil/month
