About the Role

The Recruitment Intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on mass hiring for Store Operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, employer branding initiatives, and HR administration, while working closely with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Support

  • Support HR Business Partners in the full recruitment cycle for mass hiring roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding/offboarding preparation.
  • Manage recruitment administration by preparing, updating, and maintaining candidate profiles and databases (both hard and soft copies) in compliance with confidentiality policies.
  • Regularly update recruitment and HR reports as assigned.
  • Maintain and update recruitment-related documents, forms, and processes on internal systems and with external vendors.
  • Support the preparation and execution of employer branding activities, including career fairs, company information sessions, and university collaboration programs.
  • Assist in analyzing recruitment results, identifying potential candidate pools, recruitment trends, and conducting basic market research.
  • Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and relevant departments to support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns, ensuring both quality and volume hiring targets are achieved.

2. HR Administration & Training Support

  • Assist in developing recruitment content and basic designs for various platforms.
  • Maintain and update recruitment-related posts across official social media channels.
  • Support the management and optimization of recruitment channels in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including support for internal and external training sessions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic skills in design and video creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut).
  • Business-level English (written and verbal).
