Responsibilities
1.Bank Partnership
- Act as the main interface between the partnership and marketing teams and tracking leads generated from partner events.
- Produce partner related content such as case studies and win wires to drive partner channel sales and awareness.
- Manage partner level program plans, project managing efforts to achieve next level rank.
- Work with partner managers to create quarterly partner plans that generate market awareness and drive opportunities with and through the channel.
2.Brand Partnership
- Identify, establish, and maintain strategic relationships with key partners such as brands to achieve AEONESHOP’s goals.
- Negotiate, discuss, and finalize collaboration contracts that deliver mutual benefits.
- Work closely with partners to implement exclusive promotions, offers, and campaigns (e.g., vouchers, cashback, and discounts).
- Develop and execute marketing partnership plans with brands.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, MD, Design, etc.) to roll out campaigns across multiple platforms (website, social media, email marketing, offline channels).
- Monitor campaign progress to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.
3.Modify and maintain EC channels
- Follow and planning for Tiktok, Zalo OA, SMS, etc ... matching with Marketing yearly plan.
- Improve Reach/ Engagement/ CR/ Follower for every channel.
- Propose new strategy and creative for every campaign launching on EC channels.
4.Other duties:
- Support company events or team activities.
- Manage payment on time after campaign.
- Follow up & report the budget and expense to Marketing Executive.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce,...
- At least 2 year experience in similar position
- A basic internet and MKT knowledge
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with many priorities and time deadlines
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral).
- Office Computing literate
- Teamwork & problem solving
- Timeline & project management
