About the Opportunity
Are you aiming for a future in technical sales, with a special focus on data protection and privacy? This internship is designed to fast-track your growth into an Domestic and Overseas Technical Sales Engineer role by giving you foundational experience in data security technologies, recruiting, and client engagement.
You’ll work closely with our security, sales, and talent acquisition teams to understand how we protect sensitive data, support recruitment of top security talent, and gain insights into global sales practices.
What You’ll Do
· Learn the basics of data security solutions: encryption, data loss prevention (DLP), data classification, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
· Assist in identifying and recruiting technical talent in the data security and privacy space
· Shadow pre-sales engineers in client meetings, product demos, and technical workshops
· Support sales and marketing initiatives with research, presentations, and collateral development
· Contribute to building job descriptions, candidate pipelines, and technical assessments
· Analyze global trends in data security technologies and regulations
· Collaborate with mentors to build your own presentation/demo skills over time
Who You Are
· A student or recent graduate in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, or Business
· Curious about data protection, compliance, and how companies manage risk
· Strong communicator with excellent organizational and research skills
· Eager to work internationally and thrive in a tech-focused sales environment
· Bonus: Any familiarity with DLP, encryption standards, cloud security, or regulatory frameworks is a plus
