Job Purpose:
● Bring together teams across Company’s functions to help products execute optimally
● Bringing solid operations sense and sound judgment and working effectively across organizational lines.
● The role includes components of Product Owner, operations & communication.
Responsibilities:
● Owning a product line which is assigned from Product Manager, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies
● Working closely with business owners and engineering, design teams to prioritize and grow the product, maximize value for user
● Participate in the product prototyping process, interface mock-up, wireframe, and GUI creation in an Agile environment
● Combining data, market research and industry best practices to understand the problems, identify the opportunities to create value.
● Gather and analyze large amounts of information expeditiously and develop insightful products.
● Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within senior-level audiences. Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with accuracy.
Requirements:
● 1 - 3 years of experience in Product Owner
● Possess Agile and Scrum practices
● Exemplary presentation and stakeholder management
● Advanced English and aptitude for learning and understanding new and emerging technologies
● Be familiar with requirement specification techniques: user story, modeling, prototyping.
● Possess excellent knowledge about requirement elicitation/management
● Good organizational, analytical, as well as oral, and written communication skills
● Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, understand KPIs, and propose improvement solutions
