Bigo Live-Vietnam-Customer Service(User Management)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building, expanding, and maintaining good relationships with high-value users.
- Coordinate and promote the resolution of high-value users' problems.
- Understand users' needs, analyze related data, and periodically issue relevant research reports. Collect feedback to continuously improve the service operation process.
- Set up and optimize the high-value customer operating system, enhancing users' trust and satisfaction with the service system.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to work in shifts: Shift A 8:00 - 17:00; Shift B 15:00 - 23:00.
- Experience as a manager for competing apps is a plus.
- Passion for the internet field and the ability to quickly adapt to the live streaming industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage incidents effectively, and provide timely and reasonable solutions.
