Job Description
1. Low-Code Application & Tool Development (80%)
- Design, develop, and implement low-code applications, dashboards, and web-based features to support laboratory processes and application for equipments.
- Maintain, enhance, and continuously improve existing lab applications.
- Develop tools for managing, visualizing, and analyzing laboratory data.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for lab personnel.
- Collaborate closely with Testing Engineers and lab personnel to understand requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
- Perform application testing, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs to ensure stable and reliable functionality.
- Document application logic, workflows, and data structures.
- Create user guides and work instructions for developed applications.
2. Laboratory & Testing Support (20%)
- Prepare test samples and support execution of different tests (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical,…) under supervision.
- Support laboratory management activities, including 5S, safety compliance, inventory management, document control.
Qualifications
1. Education
- Undergraduate students currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or any related fields.
2. Technical Skills
- Interest or basic experience in low-code/no-code platforms, especially Power Apps and Power BI.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. Python) is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of data handling or database concepts.
- Data management, Process flow visualization.
- Good computer skills; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Good English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Analytical, proactive, and open-minded working attitude.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Good self-planning and fast learning ability.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
