Your tasks
1. BPS (Bosch Production System) Methodology:
- Support Lean Manufacturing (BPS) activity including training preparation, documentation, workshops, and improvement projects.
- Support 5S, Suggestion Scheme activities through coordination, system administration, data tracking, and communication.
- Collect and analyze data to support continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and project updates.
2. Industrial Engineering:
- Support time studies, cycle-time measurement, and production time-data analysis.
- Assist with standardized work, line balancing, and operator workload analysis.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers.
Your profile
- Undergraduate student majoring in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Good command of English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, proactive, highly disciplined, patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and figures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is preferred.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
