Job Description

Daily operations support:

• Update KPI – Management, Department Dashboard & report
• Monitoring and Updating Team-board Reports
• SAP Master-Data Maintenance, Special Freights Report Maintenance
• Check invoice from Forwarders
• Support inventory counting and shop floor cycle management
• Contact to different departments (e.g. Manufacturing, Controlling, Quality) on dedicated assigned tasks

Management Support

• Update department document (e.g. Value-Stream-Management, 14Q…)
• Support for System Improvement Projects, Digitalization project
• Create reports and presentations for department management
• Organizer, Co-moderator of workshops, campaigns and other assigned events

Qualifications:

• 3rd -or 4th-year students major in Business Administration or Business Sciences, with focus/interest on logistics
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• First contact with SAP of benefit
• Reliable, open-minded, strong team player, pro-active, performance oriented, customer oriented
