The platform offers practical and inspiring posts across diverse genres such as beauty, fashion, food, travel, and daily living. Users can explore authentic, relatable lifestyles that reflect their interests, or discover aspirational trends that inspire their next steps.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong sense of high-quality content and a deep understanding of the content ecosystem, while leading initiatives to enhance content standards.

• Independently plan and execute campaigns that promote user-generated content and drive engagement through comments and interactions.

• Possess insights into the Japanese creator industry, with the ability to identify, recruit, and nurture content creators.

• Handle routine operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Strong awareness of content trends in Vietnam, with in-depth knowledge of mainstream social media platforms.

• Excellent learning agility, creativity, and communication skills. Able to multitask, adapt flexibly to various tasks, and take full ownership of responsibilities.

• Business-level proficiency in both Vietnamese and Chinese, as collaboration will involve teams and creators across the Vietnam and China markets.

• Previous internship or work experience in the media industry.

• Preference given to candidates with a track record of successfully managing social media accounts.
