Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the CAID team to plan, promote, and execute career services events and workshops, with a strong focus on the promotion phase.
- Career Development Resources: Develop and maintain career exploration and readiness materials for VinUni students.
- Digital Platforms Management: Support the development and maintenance of CAID’s digital platforms, including: CAID landing page & websites, VinUni Career Success Fanpage, CAID LinkedIn, VinUni Alumni Facebook Group, Big Interview and Career Portal (Base).
- Marketing & Communications: Assist in communication activities such as content writing, designing media publications, and creating materials for events, partner activities, and other assigned tasks.
- Brainstorming & Researching:
- Contribute ideas for industry, alumni, and student engagement activities.
- Conduct research and gather background information and career-related resources for VinUni students.
- 6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for CAID operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, managing databases, and supporting logistics for events and programs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to participate in all CAID events as required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Graphic Design: Ability to design marketing and communication materials.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with corporates, organizations, and alumni networks.
- Research & Analysis: Strong skills in gathering and analyzing information.
Administrative Skills: Familiarity with scheduling, document preparation, and data management.

- Alumni engagement: finalize concept and implement alumni engagement activities;
Development: fund-raising activities from non-university stakeholders of VinUni.
