Responsibilities
• Support operation and monitoring of telecom infrastructure
• Assist with troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Coordinate with telecom partners and internal teams
• Monitor network performance and service quality

Projects
Network operation projects serving smart urban developments such as:
• Ocean Park
• Smart City
• Other Vingroup smart urban developments

Requirements
• Final-year students or recent graduates in Telecommunications, Networking, or IT
• Basic knowledge of networking systems
• Strong problem-solving mindset
