Your key responsibilities:

• Working together with local/regional teams to analyze client issues, design and deliver solutions for our clients (e.g. Structure and develop work products and deliverables; Delivery presentations to present findings and recommendations to clients)
• Working in multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of high-quality services, consistently and with proven global methodologies and tools
• Proactively anticipating and identifying risks and raising issues with senior members of the team
• Assist in project management and client engagement tasks, including billing, subcontractor engagement, and other administration tasks
• Coach and supervise junior associates within the area of responsibility
• Maintain a clean and structured workflow and project archive / record
• Assistance to the Project Manager in delivering project proposals as well as development, growth and maintenance of client accounts

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, management, or equivalent disciplines
• 3+ years of professional experience in business consulting or 3+ years of experience with a reputable organization and a strong record of personal success
• Strong analytics, advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills, fluency (writing and speaking) in both Vietnamese and English

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Master of business administration, management, or equivalent discipline
• Any relevant professional qualifications would be highly regarded
• Experience working for a top tier Consulting firm, Big Four or Industry experience with a strong focus on business improvement
