Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

Analyze processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions.

Assist in the development and implementation of 3D, VR, and AR projects tailored to the cultural heritage sector.

Create detailed project documentation, including user stories, business workflows, and functional specifications.

Conduct research to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in 3D, VR, and AR applications.

Support project managers in tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables.
-
Participate in testing and validating product features to ensure alignment with business goals.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
-
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

Basic understanding of 3D modeling, VR, and AR.
-
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Outlook, Figma, MySQL, Navicat, or other project management software is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
-
Passionate about cultural heritage, museums, and the application of emerging technologies.
-
Experience working in manufacturing, culture & heritage, automotive, machinery, logistics, or construction is a plus.

Experience in creating and managing BA output documents, including BRD, URD, FRD, URS/SRS, PRD, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

Understanding of both predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) approaches in business analysis.
