POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Program Research & Product Development Intern, you will support the development and testing of
educational products through active coordination with internal teams, external partners, and program
participants. This role is ideal for dynamic, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with people and
want hands-on experience in educational product innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Program Support & Coordination: Assist in organizing and operating product pilot programs:
tracking learner progress, collecting feedback, and reporting outcomes.
● User Engagement: Interact directly with learners, answer inquiries, and support them throughout
their learning journey.
● Partner Collaboration: Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth program
implementation.

● Content Enhancement & Creative Contribution: Support the creation of learner-facing resources
(e.g. guides, visuals, support tools) to improve user experience.
● Product Feedback & Improvement: Provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements
based on user insights and testing outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Undergraduate student (sophomore year or above) with flexible availability during the summer.
● Passionate about creating positive social impact and aligned with VMC’s mission and values.
● Prior experience in related activities or roles (as outlined above) is a strong advantage and should
be clearly demonstrated in the application and interview.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
● Solid problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure.
● Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
● Flexible and resourceful, able to adapt to changing situations.
● Creativity is a plus and will be highly valued in this role.
