JOB DESCRIPTION

1.       Description

As a Student Ambassador (Designer), you will be responsible for creating visual materials that represent and promote our college. You will design posters, social media content, event branding, and other creative assets to support admissions, outreach, and student engagement activities. Your role is to ensure our visuals are professional, on-brand, and engaging for both prospective and current students.

2.       Responsibilities

a. Design & Creative Production (Primary Role)

- Design KV, posters, banners, standees, slides and event collateral for CBM student and admission events.

- Create digital assets (graphics, templates, infographics, or videos, reels) for social media platforms.

- Maintain brand consistency by following CBM and VinUni’s design guidelines.

- Collaborate with event organizers to translate event concepts into appealing visual identities.

b. Support Internal Project/Event Coordination:

- Support in planning, organizing, and executing campaigns/projects related to CBM students.

- Collaborate with fellow work study, college staff and other departments to support and enhance college initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

‘- Must be a current student at CBM.

- Have a strong sense of responsibility and is responsive in working.

- Passionate about representing the college and sharing your experiences with others.

- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Prior experience in design.

- Experience in video editing is a plus, but not required.

- Prior experience in social media management or event planning is a plus, but not required.
