Job Description

Internship Overview

This is a 6-month full-time internship designed for mechanical engineering students or fresh graduates who want to build hands-on simulation skills.
Interns will be re-trained on professional simulation software and will join real customer projects under the guidance of experienced technical team.

 

Key Responsibilities

CFD Track

  • Support CFD simulations for fluid flow and heat transfer problems
  • Geometry preparation and meshing
  • Set up and run CFD analyses (steady & transient)
  • Post-process and analyze results (velocity, pressure, temperature, heat flux)
  • Support applications such as HVAC, thermal management, cooling, and aerodynamics

FEA Track

  • Support structural and thermal FEA simulations
  • Model setup for stress, deformation, modal, and basic fatigue analysis
  • Define materials, boundary conditions, and load cases
  • Assist in design evaluation and optimization based on simulation results

General Responsibilities

  • Work directly with engineers on real simulation projects
  • Prepare technical reports and presentation materials
  • Learn simulation workflows used in industrial consulting projects

 

Requirements

  • Student or fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • Fluid mechanics and heat transfer (for CFD)
    • Solid mechanics and strength of materials (for FEA)
  • Prior exposure to ANSYS, Siemens Simcenter, Abaqus, Fluent, or STAR-CCM+ is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Basic CAD skills (NX, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.) are an advantage
  • Willingness to learn, strong engineering mindset
  • Ability to read and understand technical English documents
