• Position: Intern – Robotics Production Technology

• Report to: Head of Production Technology

• Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Job summary:
We’re looking for an Intern of Production Technology to join our Production Technology team. This position is open to candidates who want to expand experience in NPI, NPD, PM or PMO role. You will R&R to tracking closely the plan for humanoid robot development phases and ensure all parts and production readiness in each build phase. You will coordinate and work with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing…to ensure meet the production target of stages.

III. REQUIREMENTS

Relevant education and experience

• Technical/ Electrical – Electronics major, Industrial Systems Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management.

• Having the background and experience in NPI, NPD, PM, PMO & product development from R&D to the manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Be strong in both verbal and written communication skills in English & stakeholder’s management skills.

• Experience in the robotics industry is plus.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex project schedules with tight deadlines.

• Good understanding of material, tooling and mechanical manufacturing processes is plus.

• Ability to read technical drawings.

• Experience to build or working on BOM structure is plus.

Personality / Attitude

• Good in influencing and being passionate in working with people and resolving issues through constructive confrontation.

• Knowledgeable in structural problem-solving methods, data driven mindset.

• Support to develop and manage product development and production plans.

• Execute and control component planning during the product development phase (Plan for Every Part – PFEP).

• Support to review and transfer technical documentation, drawings, and processes from R&D to manufacturing.

• Assess feasibility and readiness of R&D designs for implementation on existing production lines.

• Standardize and manage technology transfer processes between R&D and manufacturing.

• Support trial runs, pilot production, scale-up, and process/formula optimization.

• Monitor and support first production runs to ensure quality and performance targets are met.

• Support to collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA/QC, and Production to resolve technical issues.

• Support to build Mock line.
