We are seeking a dynamic, proactive intern to join our Employer Branding and Internal Communication team. This position will act as a storyteller in amplifying Cốc Cốc's reputation as a positive workplace. This will be achieved through the creation of compelling social content and the execution of engaging activities that resonate with both current and prospective employees.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Engagement Activities & Events:

• Assist in the execution of company events and activities to foster a sense of community and belonging among employees.

• Support in other HR activities for better employee experience.

Content Creation:

• Craft engaging, authentic contents that align with innovative social media strategies across multiple platforms to showcase Cốc Cốc's culture, values, and employee experiences.
• Engage with employees to gather stories and testimonials that demonstrate the unique aspects of working at Cốc Cốc.
• Collaborate and work closely with Creative Design and other team members to produce appropriate branding visual for each content project.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication channels and social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Final year students or fresh graduates in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Economics or a related major; preferably able to work full-time for a duration of 3 months.

• Growth mindset; event management skill.

• The ability to edit images for social posts and utilize mobile apps for filming and editing clips is a significant advantage.

• High commitment with deadline and quality of output.

• Communication and teamwork.

• Having hands-on experience in creating content/branding is a big plus.
