Responsibilities:
- Employee Support: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and providing support on various HR-related matters.
- Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Data Management: Perform data entry and help prepare HR reports and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is often required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in social insurance and tax is a plus.
