🔄 18-MONTH ROTATION PLAN
▪️ Retail Marketing (6 months): Master Shopper & Consumer Insights, Marketing Strategy & Brand Equity Management.
▪️ Direct Trade / Modern Trade (4 months): Drive Key Account Management, Sales Objectives & Field Execution.
▪️ Indirect Trade / General Trade (4 months): Own Distributor Engagement, CDS Management & Market Intelligence.
▪️ E-Commerce (4 months): Optimize Onsite Traffic, Online Shopper Journey & Digital Growth Strategies.

🎯 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
▪️ Education & Experience: Vietnamese nationals graduating with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 2025–2026 (or fresh graduates with less than 2 years of professional experience).
▪️ Academic Record: Strong academic performance with a GPA >= 7.0/10.0 or equivalent.
▪️ Language Proficiency: Comprehensive English communication skills.
▪️ Mindset & Leadership: Proven leadership through clubs, teams, or community projects; strong learning agility, independence, and collaborative mindset.
▪️ Preferred: Prior internship experience in FMCG is a strong plus.
