About the Role:
- Conduct market research activities and manage data collection (via internet, phone interviews, site inspections, proprietary sources/database, articles, news) on assigned destinations.
- Ensure property data, premises listings on the website and client contact inputs of the highest updated quality.
- Translate standard documents.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects or additional tasks that may be required by the department.
- General administration duties relevant to the department.
About You
- IT literate and internet savvy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in a similar cold calling, telesales, field work or market survey role is advantageous.
- Good organization and planning skill to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Interest in real estate preferred.
