  • Handle customer e-claims and input claims to Webclaims.
  • Review supporting documents to initiatively define Schenker liability in each case.
  • Work with involved parties or Insurer (if any) for Recovery.
  • Track claims status with customer/vendors for claims payment.
  • Track insurance brokerage payment from insurance company (if any)
  • Manage the interfacing process between Webclaims to SAP.
  • Update claims statistics on a quarterly basis and upon requests by Management/RHO.
  • Pull out figure from SBI to calculate the rate (e.g: frequent rate, turn out rate) as RHO requests.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned by line manager
  • Good English communication (speaking & writing)
  • Open minded, willing to learn with can-do attitude
  • Service oriented, resourceful and independent
  • Strong problems solving skills
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Be able to work on the tasks at least 4 days per week - full-time 5 days per week is a plus
