In this role, you’ll be part of a lean, innovative, and profitable team that’s engineered for the future of marketing. You’ll work hands-on with AI-powered tools, scalable service models, and multi-market campaigns, delivering real impact for leading organizations. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assist in creating engaging 2D animations and motion graphics under the guidance of senior team members
• Collaborate with illustrators, designers, and instructional designers to understand project objectives and creative direction
• Contribute to the development of animation storyboards and visual concepts
• Help prepare conceptual layouts and motion design mockups for review
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to explore fresh ideas and visual 
• Support the team in selecting appropriate audio, graphics, and animation styles for assigned projects
• Assist with basic video editing, file conversion, and adding visual effects or motion elements
• Provide help with photo editing, simple illustrations, and icon design when needed

What we’re looking for

• Available for a full-time internship (6 months, paid internship)
• Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Design, Fine Arts or a related field in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
• Basic familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (school projects or personal work are welcome)
• Eagerness to learn current design trends and new techniques in motion graphics
• A developing sense of timing, pacing, and visual rhythm
• Organized and willing to take initiative when managing tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and an open attitude toward feedback and collaboration
• Ability to work on multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and with a team to support creative projects
• Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents. You’ll have opportunities to apply these skills in real projects and grow your expertise with us.
