Job Description
Your Mission
The Product Specialist plays a key role in driving user growth, engagement, and retention through impactful in-game experiences and data-driven product operations. By leveraging deep understanding of game mechanics, player behavior, market trends, and campaign performance, you will optimize product features, live campaigns, and operational strategies to deliver the best possible gaming experience for diverse player segments.
Your Quest
- Drive user attraction & engagement strategies by leveraging deep understanding of game mechanics and player behavior. Design and execute engaging in-game activities and campaigns to attract new users, retain active players, and re-engage churned audiences across multiple channels.
- Develop compelling promotional initiatives, communication content, and feature-driven campaigns that enhance player retention, engagement, and key business metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of product features, live campaigns, and user acquisition strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret user behavior, monetization trends, and campaign performance data to identify opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct market research and stay closely connected with Free Fire communities to understand player insights, industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities to enhance product performance and user experience.
- Continuously optimize product operations and campaign effectiveness through data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and operational improvements. Proactively propose and develop new tools/features to support operational excellence.
- Prepare insightful reports and actionable recommendations on campaign performance, user growth, retention, and monetization metrics for stakeholders on a regular basis.
Job Requirements
Your Stats
- Passionate about gaming with strong understanding of player behavior, especially in mobile and Battle Royale games
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience. Experience in gaming, digital products, user acquisition, or product operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and deriving insights from complex datasets.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or Data Visualization platforms is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in both Vietnamese and English.
