SCOPE OF POSITION:

- Understand the financial services landscape in Vietnam, with a specific focus on BNPL
- Explore the intersection of Monee and Shopee’s business, identifying synergy opportunities.

KEY DELIVERABLE AFTER 2-3 MONTHS:

- Deliver a fully documented experiment (hypothesis → test → result → recommendation) with statistically reasoned conclusion
- Maintain an experiment backlog/log with at least 5 documented ideas prioritized by impact/effort
- Help launch one in-app experiment (e.g., new onboarding step, nudge, tooltip) with before/after activation data
