Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate in all recruitment activities and onboarding process for new joiners
• Provide supports in administering HR policies and procedures
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR Information System
• Participate in employer branding activities
• Participate and provide operating supports for all HR events, such as Campus Recruitment Programs, Career Fairs, Workshop, Training Sessions, etc
• All related paper-work and other duties assigned by direct supervisor
  
  

Skills and attributes for success - What we look for

• At least to be final-year students or fresh graduates from any academic background. Majors in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields are an advantage.
• Strong interest in and passion for Human Resources.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word...)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
