F88 Next Gen is a 24-month fast-track Management Trainee program designed for high-potential young talents who aspire to accelerate their careers in the Fintech industry.
Through structured rotations, real business projects, and mentorship from senior leaders, you will build strong business acumen and leadership capabilities to become future key talents at F88.

Program Structure
- Phase 1 (12 months): Functional development & rotations

- Final placement into a core business function based on performance
Who We Are Looking For
- Final-year students or graduates with less than 2 years of experience
- GPA ≥ 7.0/10 (or equivalent)
- Strong English communication (both written & verbal)
- Background in Finance, Business, IT, Data, or related fields (or strong interest in Fintech)
- Demonstrated leadership potential, growth mindset, and resilience
- Passion for innovation and driving change in a fast-paced environment
