IGNITE is a standard12-week internship at FedEx designed to give high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the world of work.

What You'll Do
- Support initiatives to improve data accuracy and reliability for Operations
- Collect, clean, and analyse shipment data to support operational reporting
- Develop a Delivery On Time report based on shipment information for government reporting requirements
- Support the creation and documentation of operational governance processes
- Review existing work processes and identify opportunities to enhance compliance and performance
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, or those who have recently graduated from Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a related field, who are:
- Available to join us in June 2026
- Curious and eager to learn
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Able to commit for at least 12 weeks
Note: Open to International Students with valid student pass & VISA.
