FPT Telecom I Global Sales Executive B2B (>2yrs exp) 

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a results-driven Global Sales Executive fluent in English or Chinese to drive direct B2B sales and manage key international clients in the Telecom and IT sectors. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint with foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs), regional clients, and multinational companies operating in Vietnam.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, approach, and close direct sales opportunities with international clients (FIEs, MNCs).
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT Managers).
  • Understand client needs and propose customized Telecom/IT solutions (Leasedline, Cloud, Data Center, Cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → contract signing.
  • Coordinate with internal technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure timely service deployment.
  • Track sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and relevant industry events.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Telecommunications.
  • Minimum 2 years in direct B2B sales in Telecom/IT or related fields.
  • Fluent in English or Chinese (Mandarin) – strong written and verbal skills.
  • Solid understanding of Telecom/IT solutions: Internet, VPN, Cloud, Data Center, Managed Services, etc.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and enterprise sales process.
