Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team in preparing solution proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Technical Support) to ensure timely delivery of solutions and materials.
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for account management including planning, project, education, collaboration, marketing.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business/Hospital Administration, Medical, Technical Engineering, Biopharma, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); basic background with healthcare diagnostic imaging, ultrasound are prefered.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
