Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for social platforms (Facebook,TikTok), including localized content creation, publishing, and fan engagement.
- Drive sales conversion and maintain customer relationships via online chat/phone communication.
- Plan/execute digital campaigns (livestreams, promotions) to boost user engagement and repurchase rates.
- Handle inquiries from small B2B clients and facilitate distribution orders.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- 2+ years in social media management, e-commerce support, or digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills: Engage users empathetically and build trust.
- Fast learner: Quickly absorbs health/medical knowledge (training provided).
- Strong copywriting skills & SEO
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred (other background experiences are also welcomed to apply)
