Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in both project management and sales, with the ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
  • Strong interest in the media industry and in supporting content creators and partners
  • Strategic thinker with strong understanding of the creator/content ecosystem and online business.
  • Ability to communicate in Vietnamese and English fluently to support relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent consultation and investigative skills in contractual, technical and financial issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage partnerships with creators or partners and develop new partnership opportunities.
  • Help creators or partners to understand and adopt YouTube products or features to grow their channels and audience. Analyze and track metrics to identify trends and highlight issues.
  • Resolve business issues with creators or partners.
  • Work cross-functionally to support business opportunities.
  • Implement projects and other initiatives and share best practices with peers.
