Electrical Engineering Trainee | Bac Ninh, Bắc Ninh, Vietnam | Hitachi Energy
The opportunity:
Graduates will be joining a dynamic and challenging environment, where you will obtain an understanding of company activities and be exposed to Global Transformer Business management. The job assignment rotations during trainee period will provide graduates with all coaching and development needed to accelerate the functional and leadership competencies and skills for onward progression.
How you’ll make an impact:

You will work with various functional team at power transformer factory and learning to use Hitachi Energy design tools, understand customer requirements during quotation stage and after project receipt and follow engineering process to create order designs and documents, keeping project cost in mind while fully aligning with customer specifications.

You will align with the manufacturing plan to deliver design specifications and create requirements in ERP, prepare documentation for other departments like purchasing, sales, manufacturing, testing, etc.

You will order materials for transformer production, follow-up on manufacturing of approved designs and customer service.

You will analyze new proposals, requirements, specifications, and products & plan, conduct, coordinate, and develop recommendations using advanced engineering concepts and processes.

Your background:

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical equipment, Power system engineering.

Proficient in the use of MS-office software, Auto CAD.

Good communication and teamwork skills. Open to learn from foreign cultures and willing to gain experiences in other countries and changing environments.

Fluent in English Language in both spoken and written.
