What You'll Be Doing And Learning

• You will work as part of our Energy CoE (Center of Excellence). You will contribute to the research and design of innovative digital solutions for various types of power grids (Japan, Thailand, Italy).
• You will also be involved in support Project Manager to drive consulting and project delivery services to customers, working closely with IT technical team to address power system perspective such as:
• Developing Agentic AI for Grid Interactive Data Center Optimization
• Meter Data Management System, Advanced Meter Infrastructure, Smart Meters.
• Integrated energy management system for railways based on ISO 50001.
• Smart Manufacturing Operations Management - ISA95
• Technical support for sales processes, including pre-sales customer presentations and workshops, pilot projects, and engagement on customer challenges.
• Writing technical reports, papers and presentations to analyse the requirements and propose a technical solution for utilities clients
• Willing to learn software development process and project management, new technologies such as GenAI/ AgenticAI/ PhysicalAI
  
  

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Fresh graduates/senior students in (or Working towards Master Engineering) in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical Power System or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Must be fluent in English and/or Japanese (huge advantage) and be able to communicate effectively over teleconference and in face-to-face meetings.
• Committed to at least 4 months internship
• Must be a fast learner, with a willingness to develop knowledge in new areas and with an ability to conduct robust research.
• Utility, research or industry experience would be beneficial - in particular, experience or eager to learn in operations, planning and/or power system analysis
• Good conceptual and analytical thinking
• Effective working within a team.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
