How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will support the H/L Sourcing team and Execution Team in handling transportation process, contact factory Project Management team, participate to project kick off meetings to gain experience and plan transport milestones per project and communicate requirements to Project Management. You will support to Evaluation of the logistics concept & transport option for the shipments, update and provide the Transport specifications changes to Logistics Service Provider and Heavy Lift Sourcing.
- You will ensure safety of the teams and the equipment’s by respecting health and safety regulations in supporting co-ordination with health and safety function and insurance company under supervisor of Execution Specialist submission of the Risk Control Notifications to Transport Risk Engineering Team.
- You will support Tracking shipments from dispatch to delivery at site and communicate if any changes in the schedule to all internal and external stakeholders, Keep regular communication with logistics service providers and internal operation teams.
- You will strictly follow safety rules, equipment safety instructions, and environmental regulations, use PPE properly and fully according to each process step, immediately report unsafe behaviors, unsafe conditions, near-misses, incidents, or risks and participate in periodic safety training, drills, and safety meetings, comply with working hours, attendance rules, factory discipline, and equipment operation regulations, perform tasks according to WI and accurately report output and other tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Supervisor to meet transportation and logistics Operations.

Your Background
- Graduate in a commercial field (Procurement, Transportation and logistics, Supply Chain Management, etc.).
- Understand incoterms.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety.
- Discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
