About the job
The Marketing Specialist role is responsible for supporting engagement initiatives, driving student activation, managing social media, and providing administrative support for ISCA Vietnam. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to increase student participation, enhance digital engagement, and strengthen ISCA’s presence in Vietnam’s professional and academic communities
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement & Outreach
- Develop and implement strategies to engage students, universities, and young professionals to drive interest in ISCA programs, including the Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Organise student outreach campaigns, webinars, and career talks to boost awareness and registrations.
- Support ISCA’s participation in career fairs, networking events, and university engagements.
- Work closely with universities and corporate partners on co-branded communication initiatives.
- Engage with students and young professionals by responding to queries across ISCA communication channels.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow ISCA Vietnam’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create content calendars, campaigns, and engagement strategies targeting students and professionals.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging posts, videos, and infographics aligned with ISCA’s branding.
- Track marketing KPIs, including engagement rates, student sign-ups, social media growth, and campaign ROI.
Campaign Management
- Develop and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote SCAQ, ISCA Academy courses, & PS Centre, including branding, participant communication, event registration, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with the ISCA HQ team to localise marketing materials for the Vietnamese market
- Identify and implement effective student discount strategies, referral programs, or promotions to increase enrolments.
Business Development Support
- Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, client pitch decks, and follow-up communications.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing and event-related services (design agencies, printing, digital advertising, etc.).
- Prepare and process payments, vendor invoices, claims, and reimbursement requests.
- Liaise with finance and operations teams to ensure timely approvals and compliance with internal procedures.
- Maintain marketing budget records and monitor expenses against approved plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or student engagement (preferably in education, training, or professional services).
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Experience in university outreach, event planning, or student recruitment is a plus.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Proactive, innovative, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for education, professional development, and engaging young professionals.
