Internship Duration: 6–12 months.

  1. FRONT OFFICE INTERN

Department

Front Office

Job Overview

Support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences through customer service, guest relations, reception operations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Welcome guests and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Support guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Assist in reservation and room assignment activities.
  • Learn and apply hotel service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, or related fields.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to work shifts and in a multicultural environment.
  1. FOOD & BEVERAGE INTERN

Department

Food & Beverage Operations

Job Overview

Assist in delivering quality dining experiences across restaurants, bars, lounges, banquet venues, and other F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant and banquet operations.
  • Welcome and serve guests according to service standards.
  • Assist in table setup, food service, and beverage service.
  • Learn point-of-sale (POS) and order-taking procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas.
  • Support special events, conferences, and banquets.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Hospitality, Tourism, F&B Management, Culinary, or related studies.
  • Passion for food and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  1. KITCHEN INTERN

Department

Kitchen / Culinary Operations

Job Overview

Gain practical culinary experience under the guidance of professional chefs in hotel restaurants, banquet operations, and specialty dining outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs in food preparation and production.
  • Support daily mise en place activities.
  • Learn food presentation and plating techniques.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory handling and ingredient preparation.
  • Follow HACCP and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Culinary Arts, Culinary Management, Hospitality, or related programs.
  • Strong interest in culinary operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and food safety awareness.
  • Willingness to learn professional kitchen operations.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  1. HOUSEKEEPING INTERN
