Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Leasing teams (consisting of Office, Retail, and Industrial & Logistics Leasing departments) including project information and fact research, contact finding and contacting, photo taking, and relevant document and marketing material collateral preparation.
• Be responsible with MarketLink system data entry, validation, and general updating.
• Help compile and organize information for reports, presentations, and business analyses.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems.
• Help prepare materials for client meetings and business reviews.

What we are looking for

• 6 months employment duration
• Full-time working hours
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

On-site –Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
