 Job Description

• Assisting in organizing event, managing social media calendar
• Assisting in preparing marketing collaterals for residential projects
• Assisting in collecting information about property market, social-economic conditions
• Assisting in property data consolidation, presentation
• Assisting in documentation and other clerical jobs that are non-classified in nature
• Other tasks assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Students of fresh graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Economics or relating majors
• Proven basic knowledge in economics, marketing, property market
• Detailed oriented, ability to handle multi-tasks
• Experience with data analysis, market research
• Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) as a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
