What You’ll Do

• Work with Campaign Lead to implement marketing campaigns to boost user acquisition and drive sales in the Vietnam market, including selecting the appropriate products/destinations, devising discount mechanisms, and setting up campaign touchpoints
• Work with Channel Leads to ensure campaign messages and promotions are communicated consistently, as well as all campaign deliverables are completed and collected
• Report and analyze campaign performances on a weekly / monthly basis
• Monitor and gather market trends, competitors’ campaigns and customer behaviors
• Work with Social team to brainstorm, plan and create video and static content for the Klook Vietnam social media channels, with strong focus on the former
• Monitor social media trends to share with the team
• Other duties as may arise from time to time

• Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
