Associate, Partnership & Affiliate, Vietnam
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our Vietnam marketing team. As an Associate, Partnership & Affiliate, Vietnam, you will help drive growth by developing strategic partnerships and managing affiliate programs that align with our brand objectives and sales goals.
What you'll do:
- Execute day-to-day operations of partnership, affiliate, and Kreator programs, ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns and deliverables
- Hunt, onboard, train, and support new affiliates and Kreators to ensure they understand program requirements and tools
- Track performance and maintain internal reports on affiliate/Kreator activities, traffic, conversion, and payout status
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of campaign briefs, materials, and communication to partners and Kreators
- Manage incentive schemes: calculate rewards, validate eligibility, and coordinate payout processing with finance and platform teams.
- Monitor content delivery timelines, link tracking, and UTM setup for all affiliate/Kreator campaigns
- Handle operational issues and respond to partner/Kreator inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, regional, product, CS) to align on campaign execution and resolve blockers
- Keep program documentation up-to-date and support process improvements to increase team efficiency
- Support other operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the line manager
What you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer management, or partnership development (e-commerce/travel industry is a plus)
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
- A start-up attitude: self-motivated, solution- and result-oriented, highly adaptable, highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Not afraid to work independently when required
- An analytical mindset with good command of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
- Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for solving operational challenges
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
