L'oreal I Online Brand Intern - PPD
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visual Asset Execution (40%): Conceptualize and develop creative briefs for our global agency (SVC) based on zone guideline and local campaign calendar, guiding the design of compelling online assets on Shopee & Lazada (SIS, Product thumbnails, Ad banners, Livestream banners, ATF/ BTF,… and other related online visibilities).
- Platform Collaboration (20%): Liaise with E-commerce platforms regarding visibility requests, submissions, and other operational requirements to ensure a strong brand presence.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization (20%): Track and analyze the performance of various online brand resources ( Shopee Video, Brand membership programs,…) to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Livestream content planning & brand collaboration to support ecom campaigns (20%): detailed script/ frame concept for livestream to ensure the livestream’s quality (no need to be on site). Work further with collab brand to ensure PPD’s quality on social & ecom platform
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Solid understanding of popular E-commerce (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada).
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Full-time availability to work in D1 HCM city (9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday), with occasional flexibility for remote work depending on campaign schedules.
