HR Operations and C&B support (20%)
- Manage Employee Personal data record & filing and support the various audit requests on documentations.
- Monitor Labor Contract newly issuing & renewal.
- Monitor Medical Representative cards newly issuing & renewal and inform to the related government offices.
- Be a point of contact of sign-off visa letter, reference letter and invitation letter requests.
- Provide operational support to people managers for key HR processes covering the employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding.
- Manage monthly payroll process and support in implementing TCP for outsourced employees.
- Coordinate to implement and monitor employees’ benefits programs for the whole company including Premium Health Insurance, Annual Health Check-up, Flexible Benefits Program.
- Support in C&B project in term of reports, general information, documentation and translation.
- Manage Outsources Vendor in terms of PR/PO, contract, payment and documentation.
Learning & Organization Development support (20%)
- Monitor and conduct Orientation Training program for new hires.
- Support HRBP in planning and conducting People Manager Capability program (LGL) and other learning/cultural activities (ELS, WoW).
Employee Engagement support (20%)
- Conducting People Day initiatives including Family Day, Medical Representative Week, Career Day events, ect.
- Coordinate with DE&I Lead in managing operation and finance of all EBRGs in Vietnam (Women’s Network, NGN, APA) and Employer Branding activities (HR Asia Awards)
- Coordinate with EBRG Leads in terms of brainstorming and managing EBRG activities.
- Manage internal HR Communication and maintain HR content on internal portal, HR forms, letterhead templates and policy updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.
HR Project Management (15%)
- Process improvement and standardization: proactive work on gap recovery, process improvement and standardization for efficient operations in line with local legislative compliance (ie. On-boarding process, Policy Review, Employer Branding, ect)
- Local POC for Regional CRM: support and execute request on the global project or HR portfolio initiatives, e.g. The Source HR Portal launch, ongoing maintenance and improved manager and employee experience.
HR Administrative Support (25%)
- Manage PR/PO process for the department.
- Manage budget for HR activities from planning, tracking, phasing, monthly reconciliation and quarterly reporting with finance.
- Annual sourcing, proposal development, purchasing, and inventory management of company merchandised products.
- Conduct analysis, reports and presentation decks as requested.
- Assist HRBPs in travel requests, claim reports, payments, and bookings.
- Be HR representative in collaborating with related stakeholders in conducting cross-function projects, including Launching New Portal, New Office Renovation, ect.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of entry-level experience in HR roles.
- Experience with key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding, including HR Operations tasks, employee data management and reporting.
Experience in working in multi-national environments and exposure to HRIS (Workday/SAP) is a plus.
