We are looking for a highly motivated Headhunt Trainee to join our Banking & Financial Services recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition, eager to learn, and excited about exploring the dynamic world of banking, fintech, and financial markets.

As a trainee, you will work closely with senior consultants to understand client needs, source top-tier talent, and develop specialized industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for banking and financial services roles
• Conduct research on market trends, talent pools, and competitor insights
• Support senior consultants in managing candidate pipelines and job briefs
• Communicate with candidates for interview scheduling, status updates, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate information and recruitment documentation
• Participate in recruitment projects and industry‑focused talent mapping
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support day-to-day recruitment operations

Qualifications

• Strong interest in the banking, finance, or fintech industry
• Desire to build a long-term career in recruitment/headhunting
• Good English communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a people‑oriented mindset
• Fast learner with high adaptability and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work full-time for 6–9 months
