The Opportunity
This internship provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in a customer-first approach, where we prioritize helping people around the world save and invest to confidently achieve their retirement goals. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, where you'll contribute to enhancing member engagement and the overall customer experience by focusing on what truly matters to our members.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist in developing educational materials and messages to help MPF members with retirement planning.
- Support the creation and management of customer campaigns aimed at engaging members and achieving business goals.
- Work with different teams to help improve member engagement and enhance the customer experience.
- Help monitor and analyze member feedback and engagement data to improve educational content and strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in finance, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial services and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and enhance the customer experience.
- Experience with data analysis tools or Excel is a plus.
- Availability to work full-time from July to December 2025.
