Designation: Intern – Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Support project tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Assist in preparing stakeholder presentations, status updates, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain project documentation and follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates and alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
