I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop annual Company Plans and Budgets in line with Group orientation.
-
Prepare and analyze MUF Reports, MIS Reports, Monthly Forecast Reports, and other reports such as Rebate Reports, Dimension Reports, Full Vehicle Reports, Dashboards, as well as ad-hoc reports requested by the Management.

Review budgets and control operating expenses (covering Ambient, Cold Chain, General Logistics, etc.), including:

Review project budgets for Warehouse Opening/Closure

Assess Warehouse Capacity, Operational Productivity, Shrinkage and Damage/Losses, and Warehousing Costs

Evaluate capacity and costs of 3PL transportation and internal fleet

Review Order Plans, Annual Throughput Growth via warehouses
-
Validate SKU Rebates through warehouses, coordinate rebate negotiations with suppliers, and improve Logistics Rebate % and warehouse pass-through %

Manage and control Cost-Saving Projects, coordinating with other departments to ensure effective implementation.

Manage and control Finance Department assets, ensuring efficient use, avoiding waste, losses, or breakdowns.

Establish financial control systems to mitigate financial risks across the organization.

Collaborate with departments to conduct audits and risk control activities.
II. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or 3 years in audit, finance, or accounting. Big 4 experience is preferred.

Proficient in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking).

Relevant certifications are an advantage: ACCA, CFA, etc.

Prefer candidates with knowledge of Retail, Logistics, and Supply Chain.

Proficient in Excel, Word, BI tools, and PowerPoint.
