Program Overview

Masan Young Entrepreneur - Technology 2026 (MYE-Tech 2026) program is designed to develop early-career technology talents through structured learning, hands-on training, and exposure to real technology initiatives within Masan’s digital transformation journey.

Participants will go through a training and development phase while gaining practical experience working with engineering, data, and technology teams across the organization.

Technology Tracks

Participants will be aligned with one of the following technology tracks:

• Software Development

• Data / Artificial Intelligence

• Information Security

• Cloud & Infrastructure

What You Will Experience

• Structured training designed to strengthen technical foundations and practical engineering skills.

• Exposure to real technology projects and business problems within Masan’s ecosystem.

• Opportunity to learn from experienced engineers, architects, and technology leaders.

• Hands-on experience working with large-scale data, enterprise systems, and modern technology platforms.

• Development of both technical capabilities and business understanding in a real working environment.

Requirements

• Final-year students who are able to work full-time, or fresh graduates with less than one year of professional experience.

• Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related technical disciplines.

• Good academic record or notable achievements such as technology competitions, research projects, open-source contributions, or personal technical projects.

• Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Programming.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
