Support the Service Counter team in attending to customer requests, guiding transaction procedures, and handling basic documentation tasks, while learning and developing skills in customer service and sales administration.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Customer Support
  • Assist in attending and handling customer requests related to procedures and services at the Service Counter under supervision.
  • Provide basic guidance to customers regarding payment methods (POS, online transfer, cash) and unit purchase procedures.

 

  • Documentation & System Update
  • Support in updating customer information into the system, preparing reservation/booking forms, and confirming transactions.
  • Assist in delivering documents to customers and tracking document delivery, notifications, and official letters.

 

  • Coordination
  • Coordinate with the Transaction Documents Management team to return documents related to SPAs, unit transfers, and bank loan documents to customers on time.

 

  • Customer Care Activities
  • Participate in customer care and appreciation activities as assigned by the line manager.

 

  • Other Tasks
  • Perform other administrative or operational tasks assigned by the line manager.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.

 

Required Skills

 

  • Good communication skills and service mindset.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
